Own Your Lifestyle: Stop smoking, lose weight, be physically active and eat healthy.

Raise Your Voice: Advocate for more women-related research and education.

Educate Your Family: Make healthy food choices for you & your family. Teach your kids the importance of staying active.

Donate: Show your support with a donation of time or money.

I encourage  everyone to visit the American Heart Association website : www.heart.org to receive healthy heart resources , for the entire family plus help raise heart awareness throughout  the year by ”Celebrating Wear Red Day;  Any Day”

The  2015 Atlanta Heart Walk  will take place on Saturday, September 26: Centennial Olympic Park; my 6th year participating in the event.
