One Week Away From National Walking Day

Celebrate National Walking Day on Wednesday, April 5th  by wearing red to support the fight against heart disease and  encouraging your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc to commit to walking at least  30  minutes  on that day and remaining active throughout the year.
