“Encourage One Another Daily”

Sharing  how to cope with health obstacles on  a daily basis”

Develop a Self –Care Plan.,,,,,,,

For example..  start your day with a positive mindset, repeat the following :

Today is going to be a great day, I choose faith over fear, :  I am strong, confident and blessed.

Stay active, eat healthy, drink more water, read a book, create a journal, do things that make you happy, focus on positive thoughts, remain connected with people who care about you, listen to relaxing music, etc.

I hope you find one reason to smile: every day

Sincerely,

Kimberly
